>There has been talk for quite some time (I think about a year already) that the people of Texas are seeking Independence from the United States of America. The issue is that many Texans feel that the Federal Government (Washington DC) has been too intrusive in State Affairs.
Many say that seems to be talk only. But what if that talk is from the Governor of Texas himself?

That aside, Texas shares border with Mexico. One of the hottest issues among Americans is the illegal immigration of Mexicans along the Texas border. However, many Texan residents employ these Mexicans (illegally) to work for them – defying Federal Law.
That again is quite normal in many countries where employers seek to hire cheap labour. But what if the authorities at the Texan border don’t appear to do anything, if their sovereign space is violated? Take a look a the news below.
Mexican helicopter spotted near Roma bridge
A Mexican military helicopter has been caught flying over Texas skies for the third time in the past two months.
U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) confirmed that officers spotted the helicopter by the Roma International Bridge on Saturday.
Two other Mexican military helicopters were seen near Falcom Dam in Starr and Zapata Counties back in April.
CBP officials confirmed that the helicopter was in United States airspace for just a few moments.
This does not appear to be a one-off issue. The Mexicans have crossed Texan airspace three times and the authorities in Texas have not responded.
I really can’t figure out what this is all about. Texans not willing to prevent another nation from violating their airspace? They appear to be more willing to defy Washington, while getting cushy-cushy with the Mexicans.
Of course the CBP Officers are under the authority of the US Fed Govt. But in all probability, the officers are Texans themselves. Why the inaction?
Are they serious about the secession or are they just trying to play their bluff on the Fed Govt?
