I really don’t understand these Feminists and Liberals. Unwanted sexual conduct at workplace? You mean it is OK for you to have wanted sexual conduct? Hello?
Why the heck should you even want to have any sexual flings at the workplace? Sexual activities of any nature should not be even be in the workplace at all!
This is the problem with Feminists and Liberals. These feminists want to flaunt their femininity (and sexuality) and they believe they should be allowed to do it any place, anytime and anywhere. Even at the workplace. But there’s a right place and a wrong place to flirt to start with.
Any kind of sexual conduct shouldn’t be allowed at the workplace at all. Whether it is wanted or unwanted, it is unprofessional and unethical.
Because some Feminists and Liberals feel that sexuality is something that should be expressed at will without hindrance, you now have this problem of defining sexual harassment at the work place.
It is defined such that if it is unwanted, it is sexual harassment. If it is wanted, it is not.
But then again, why should you engage in any kind of sexual conduct in the workplace to begin with? Are not Feminists and Liberals complicit in promoting unprofessional conduct at the workplace?
