>So what if Jurong Town Council is managed by Esmaco, a contracted company for the Town Council? It still represents the Town Council and it still reflects the management of the Town Council, of which Mdm Halimah Yacob is the chairman. Mdm Halimah also happens to be sitting in the Executive Committee of the NTUC.
