For Problem 1, that is easily solved. If you click on an embedded video and you get a message, “An error occurred, please try again later”, just double-click on the same video and it will take you to the original link, where the video will be played without problems.
For Problem 2, I really don’t have a solution. However, if anyone feels strongly that his post be made urgently, just make your post and highlight it as urgent. Although your post may not appear in the main comments section, it will appear in my notification email. I will then try to post on your behalf. It looks like this time lag and/or no post problem occurs if the poster is not the admin guy. I don’t have problems posting messages in my own blog.
